New radio protocols go into effect September 1

The new radio protocols and channel configuration will go into effect on September 1 at 0800 hours.

New fire training courses

Two more courses have been approved by OFPC: Apparatus Operator - Pump Operator will be given on Thursday evenings at the Kripplebush firehouse beginning September 2, and Incident Safety Officer will be offered on Tuesday evenings at the Wallkill firehouse beginning September 7. Both courses start at 7PM with Wayne DePew as the instructor.
