Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers

The Federal Emergency Management Agency will be opening mobile disaster recovery centers in the county beginning on Wednesday. Residents and businesses experiencing a loss during the April 14-18 noreaster may apply over the phone by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362), on line at www.fema.gov or by visiting one of the mobile disaster recovery centers. These units will be at the Town of Ulster Town Hall on Wednesday May 16 from noon until 6 PM, and on Thursday and Friday May 17 and 18 from 9 AM to 6 PM both days; or at the Town of New Paltz Town Hall on Saturday May 19 from noon until 6 PM and again on Monday and Tuesday May 21 and 22 from 9 AM to 6 PM. Residents should have their social security number, private insurance information, address of the damaged property, directions to the property and a contact phone number available when they register.
